Oatmeal porridge with apple and cinnamon

  • 2 persons
  • 0-15 minutes

Ingredients

  • 400 ml milk
  • 40 grams of oatmeal (8 tablespoons)
  • ½ apple
  • cinnamon

Preparation

  1. Bring the milk to the boil with the oatmeal. Cook the oats, stirring occasionally, for 2 minutes. Let the porridge stand for another 2 minutes.
  2. Wash the apple piece and cut it into slices or cubes.
  3. Pour the porridge into 2 bowls and divide the apple over it.
  4. Sprinkle some cinnamon over it.


Avocado with egg toast

A delicious toast with avocado.

  • 1 person
  • 0-15 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 slice toasted bread
  • half avocado
  • boiled egg
  • pepper and salt

Toast the bread and mash the avocado. Boil the egg semi-soft. Then spread the avocado over the toast. Put the egg on top and cut it open. Finally, top with salt and pepper.
