Oatmeal porridge with apple and cinnamon
Ingredients
- 400 ml milk
- 40 grams of oatmeal (8 tablespoons)
- ½ apple
- cinnamon
Preparation
- Bring the milk to the boil with the oatmeal. Cook the oats, stirring occasionally, for 2 minutes. Let the porridge stand for another 2 minutes.
- Wash the apple piece and cut it into slices or cubes.
- Pour the porridge into 2 bowls and divide the apple over it.
- Sprinkle some cinnamon over it.
Avocado with egg toast
A delicious toast with avocado.
Ingredients
- 1 slice toasted bread
- half avocado
- boiled egg
- pepper and salt
Toast the bread and mash the avocado. Boil the egg semi-soft. Then spread the avocado over the toast. Put the egg on top and cut it open. Finally, top with salt and pepper.
